Autism Assessment Specialists
Welcome

Eirini Lammi is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. With a calm, confident, and professional presence, Eirini provides comprehensive autism assessments in person and via Telehealth, working with children, adolescents, and adults across all life stages. Eirini has a deep commitment to neuro-affirming practice, recognising autism as a unique brain style difference.
Her approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration, and centres on the belief that meaningful assessment must begin by understanding the individual as they are, not who they’re expected to be. Drawing on her experience in schools, not-for-profit organisations, and private practice, Eirini uses evidence-informed tools alongside interviews, developmental histories, and observations. Assessments are individualised, context-aware, and built around the person's communication style, sensory profile, interests, and strengths.

Eirini uses strength-based language throughout the assessment and reporting process. She takes care to describe differences in ways that support self-understanding, self-advocacy, and inclusion, avoiding deficit-based descriptions. Language matters, particularly for individuals and families navigating diagnosis for the first time or those who have experienced being misunderstood in previous systems. Whether supporting a young child, a questioning teen, or an adult exploring a late-diagnosis journey, Eirini provides clear, practical strategies and affirming feedback that promote growth and wellbeing. The assessments and reports can be tailored to NDIS requirements and suitable for use in educational settings, the family home, and therapeutic supports.

“Every person has a unique pattern of strengths, challenges, and needs. A neuro-affirming assessment honours that uniqueness - it doesn't measure someone against a narrow ‘norm’, but helps them, their family, and their support network better understand how they interact with the world.”
